Ran 1hr and 15min along the horse trail. made it up the stop sign right before the hill.
ran out 35 mins....took me 40 back. i had to stop and stretch the IT bands (both legs). average pain...nothing so bad that i had to stop. just trying to prevent the bad pain.
felt good on the run. legs fatigued before the heart/lunges. need to keep logging miles. need to get in the pool. need log miles on the bike!!! got my work cut out for me...
