needed to log 1hr ride today. started out up Laurel Canyon, west on Mulholland, down Benedict Canyon to sunset, Sunset east to Alta, down to Santa Monica Blvd and then home

legs got sore really quickly on my ascent up Laurel...never really felt good until i came down the hill on Benedict.
