Ran for 1hr tonight at the gym. Did the hill setting and varied the level from 2-8. My left IT band/knee pain showed up a bit and had to stretch about 4 times after 20 mins of running. Backed down the speed and intensity a bit to avoid major pain. Speed was 6.6 up to 7.5 with a 1min interval at 10.5.
my lungs felt great during all of this. legs did too...not counting the IT band issues.
my swim was for 30 mins. just logging laps again. feeling more and more fluid in the water. shoulders a bit sore from the Tuesday swim still.
