just signed up for the LA Traithlon on Sept 10th. that give me 9 weeks to get my ass in gear....literally! lots of time on the bike and lots of transition runs.
Swim: 2 times a week (once in the pool/once in the ocean)
Bike: 3 times a week (one long, one short (brick), one trainer)
Run: 3 times a week (one long, one short (brick), one hills/trails)
